open jpg version instead of master

Sorry another probably dumb question that I have not managed to find in the help or community

I am using versions with my ORF files as master and the OOC JPG files as the version with occasional DXO versions as well. I am using a view with buddy files and versions hidden because I just want to see the picture once  

When I just have one version is there a way to directly open the JPG file with one keystroke or RHM option in that default application (In my case Faststone) which loads an awful lot faster than the ORF default of DXO which is available from the RHM menu

BTW faststone has that capability I can hide my ORF files and open them using a RHM selection without having to show those files first if that concept helps I can add some screen shots of the setup

What is RHM?

When I understand you correctly, you want to open the JPG in an external application when you have the ORF selected in a File Window?

This should be doable with a External Tool Favorites and using one of the File.Versions or File.BuddyFiles variables to edit/open/use not the selected (ORF) but the version or buddy file. Give it a try.

by RHM I meant Right Hand Mouse button  sorry shoudl have been clear I will read those and see how I go
