Many Keyboard shortcuts not working

I've been away from Imatch for a long time and am coming back as I now need to really focus on some cataloging and am now retired so I have time to focus on this 

I'm shooting OM system and shoot RAW+JPG and sometimes post process in DXO if I need to pull out more detail / colour temperature adjustment etc (where there has been strange lighting) and have set up the buddy and version settings to deal with both the camera files and automatically add any extra versions from DXO .. all seems to be working well 

Except 

I can't get the keyboard shortcuts on Versioning (and some other features) to work e.g if I select "Show all versions" from the RHM menu it works fine, pressing F4 or S does nothing

I can't see anything in the help, but I may have missed something

F4,s means: Press <F4>, release, then press <S> within one second.

I just made a quick test and F4,S works fine here.
