New keywords don't show up in @keywords category

Dear Mario,

I recently upgraded to IMatch 2025.3.2 (64 bit).
Since then I noticed that new keywords don't show up in the @keywords category. I add a new keyword first in the thesaurus, then choose it in the keyword panel and apply it to the file. The keyword shows up when the layout 'Headline, description and keywords' is chosen in the file viewer and is written to the metadata  as proven by using ExifToolGUI.
However, the new keywords don't get displayed in the @keywords category.

Enclosed a logfile after a restart of IMatch and adding a new keyword 'AAA' under 'Verwandte'.

Thank you for consideration.

Is the automatic update for @Keywords enabled in the properties?
What happens when you manually refresh the @Keywords category with Shift+F5? Does it show the blue circle?
Which kinds of keywords are you using? Do you use group levels?

In the properties of @keywords automatic update is enabled.
Shift+F5 doesn't update @keywords category. The blue circle is showing beside @keywords indicating that @keywords needs refreshing, but after Shift+F5 everything remains unchanged.
I do not use group levels. My keyword structure is simple:

  Verwandte|Person1
  Verwandte|Person2 ...
  Bekannte|Person1
  Bekannte|Person2 ...
  Ort|Ort1
  Ort|Ort2 ...
  Datum|10.5.2025
  Datum|8.5.2025 ...
  ...

I only see some AutoTagger service error warnings in the log, and one warning from ExifTool:

Error updating file time - D:/Familienbilder/Müller/Bilder 80000/83383.jpg

Nothing indicating any issue with keywords.
It the blue circle shows, IMatch knows that the @Keyword category has pending updates.
Click on @Keywords in the Category View and press <Shift>+<F5> to refresh an immediate update.

IMatch is quite busy in this log file, doing all kinds of category and collection updates. I also see

RefreshGroup-Completed: '@Keywords' for 1 files in 0 ms.
which means that IMatch has refreshed keywords because keywords for one file have changed.
Maybe IMatch is too busy processing? It seems to recluster faces (which can impact keywords and hence will delay @Keyword updates).

Check the Info & Activity Panel and the Dashboard to see what IMatch is doing and it is reclustering faces, face recognition or similar activities in the background.

I emptied the processing queue for AutoTagger using the Info and Activity panel (one file got stuck there). Thereafter, @keywords category was correctly updated.
Problem solved.

Many thanks for your prompt and professional help.

Interesting that you mention the file got stuck in the queue for the autotagger... I wonder if your log showed anything of note to help shed light on my own autotagger queue stuck issue?  Shot in the dark.. but....still hoping!
