ExifTool cleanup?

The Help references cleanup of old ExifTool version files https://www.photools.com/3705/reclaim-disk-space-removing-exiftool-temporary-files/. Is this still valid with the updated ExifTool installation versions? I did a search in the %TEMP% folder and didn't find any par- folders.

I don't think so. The new runtime ExifTool uses (and shipped with IMatch) seems to be self-contained.
Monitoring exiftool.exe shows no TEMP access. I have updated the blog post.
