Today Windows version 25H2 was announced to me.

I run a Windows on ARM installation on my Mac mini (via UTM).
This is a very performant solution. Windows feels almost as fast as on my modern laptop.

IMatch did not run before, because the "Run Intel software on ARM Windows" emulator Microsoft includes in Windows on ARM did not support the mandatory AVX processor feature.

This has changed with Windows 11H2. Microsoft promised AVX support for their emulator, and they indeed did it.
After I've figured out how to enable it, IMatch 2025 now runs fine on Windows on ARM  :)

All I had to do was to right-click on the IMatch icon, open the Properties dialog and open the Compatibility tab:

Click the "Change emulator settings" button and enable the option shown in yellow.

If IMatch runs on Windows on ARM in an emulator on a Mac, I assume it will run as well on a normal Windows installation running on a PC with an ARM processor (using Windows 11 25H2).
