Hi, I bought a DJI Mini drone and if I shoot in raw it also creates an embedded preview with a resolution of 960x540 pixels, even though the raw is 48Mpix and when opened in Photoshop it opens at the correct size. Is it possible to view the photo at full resolution in Imatch? Thanks

Mario

960 is usually to small for IMatch to use the embedded preview. The default minimum size is 2000 pixel.
IMatch will load the full-sized RAW and display it as such in the Viewer and Quick View Panel and Slide Show.
Unless the full RAW cannot be loaded and IMatch falls back to the preview or even thumbnail.

The usual questions:

+ Which IMatch version are you using?
+ What are your settings under Edit menu > Preferences > Cache?
+ Do you use WIC or LibRaw ("Prefer photools.com RAW processing" enabled in Edit menu > Preferences > Application)?
+ Did you run a WIC diagnosis on the image and what does it say (Help menu > Support > WIC Diagnostics)?
+ Please upload a sample image and post a link. Having an actual image to work with is always helpful.

I can't explain it, but as soon as I asked the question, the thumbnails were fine and at their maximum size. I had been playing with the settings all day before asking this question.
Thanks for the response, Mario. Everything is OK now.
I have the latest version, 2025.3.2.

Thanks again for the great work!

Very good  :)
Just out of curiosity: which settings did you play with?

The latest version is 2025.4.4, released about two weeks ago.
Have you enabled the automatic update check in IMatch and entered your IMatch 2025 email and license key under Edit menu > Preferences > Application?
