Configure workspace

For testing purposes I reinstalled IMatch on another system (am I allowed to do that at all? I didn't read the license agreement very carefully).

Now I see the following at the top of the workspace (see attachment):

I don't know what I set after the first installation a year ago on my production system.
Where can I change this?
I have searched the preferences, but found nothing.

That's the default license plate.
As it says right there on your screen shot: "You can customize this via...right-click here for...". All you need to do is to follow the instructions.
