Map Locations Not Showing

I have created several map locations, and I have Show Locations checked, but my locations are not be displayed on the map.  They did show previously.

Locations show here just fine, no other reports about this problem.

When this worked before, but no longer, what has changed?
Does "Goto Location" work in the Map Panel?
Which Map Provider do you use?
Zoom into the Map (small locations won't show unless you zoom in a lot).

This is the first time I've used locations since I upgraded to IMatch 2021.  Goto Location works. I'm using OpenStreetMap. Zooming makes no difference. If I switch to Google maps the locations show up again, but then of course the map is covered with "For development purposes only".

Very strange. Location here work with all map providers.
Maybe left-click into the Map Panel and press <Ctrl>+<F5> a few times?

Unfortunately, <CTRL>+<F5> did not fix the problem.

Did you check the IMatch log file for warnings and error messages? log file

When you open the Map panel in your web browser with the developer tools enabled (F12) do you see error messages or warnings in the Console tab?

After opening the developer tools with F12 switch to the Console tab and then reload the web site with F5.

I cannot diagnose this remotely.
Problems which happen only to one user and only for one specific map provider (and probably only on one computer) are notoriously hard to track down. Could be anything.
Maybe delete the locations you have created last and see if the rest show up again in OpenStreetMap and not only in Goggle Maps?

I don't expect you to spend a lot of time on this if I'm the only one having the problem.

No errors or warnings in the log file.


When I open the map panel in my web browser, I get

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)" http://127.0.0.1:50519/favicon.ico

This is normal.
No JavaScript errors or anything?

Maybe reboot your system.
Delete the browser cache folder C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\browser while IMatch is not running.
Re-install IMatch.

No, there were no JavaScript errors.

I shut down IMatch, deleted the browser cache folder, rebooted the computer, and re-installed IMatch. Still no luck.

I obtained a Google Maps API key, so I can use Google Maps.
