Age in people view

In the people view, you see at the left side of the screen all persons. If you added a birth date to the persons details, the current age is shown (most likely by subtracting birth date from current date/system date).

But if the person has a date of death, that is not taken into account. Therefore: the age of a deceased person is shown as is he/she is still alive.

Could this be changed?

What do you have i mind?

If there is a day of death, should this be shown?
Or should IMatch display the age up to the date of death and stop counting?
Or indicate somehow that the person is deceased? Probably both.

Imho: the best way to go is what you suggested:

display the age up to the date of death (stop counting then) and indicate that he/she died in xxxx

Very good.

I have also modified the "Age" File Window attributes and "Age" variables to consider the day of death if it is filled for a person.
