Attachments

When you use Attachments the file is usually on my system. Once I add the Attachments and send it to you can I delete the file from my system?

When you mean you want to attach files to a post here in the community - yes.
Once the file has been uploaded, the community server has a copy of it and you can delete the file from your computer.
