One more question here, then I'll quit pestering you Mario. :)

I'm taking a closer look at using locations to apply metadata to my images.

According to the help page for locations I can apply a location from the Map Panel, a Metadata Template, or the Metadata Panel.  The first two I understand, but how do I apply a location from the metadata panel?

Thanks

Mario

Not sure. Where did you read that? (Link)
The MD panel help topic does not contain the word location...

You can run MD templates from the MD panel. You can trigger reverse geo-coding. But you cannot see or assign IMatch locations from there, only from the Map Panel or via a MD template.

Near the top of the page, the paragraph in the Introduction section (copy and paste follows)

Introduction
If you often take photos at the same location, e.g. your studio, home or workplace, you can setup an IMatch Location for this place. A location combines a set of GPS coordinates (including Altitude) with the corresponding address information. You can assign a location from the Map Panel, the Metadata Panel or a Metadata Template to any number of files. This sets the GPS coordinate and address data at the same time.

I will update that paragraph for the next help update, thanks.
