IMatch 2017 did not run

I download IMatch 2017 from my customer-account after paying.

Then i install IMatch 2017 with no problems.

I click on the icon. The mouse pointer rotates two seconds and that was it. Nothing happens.

I restart my systeme - no effect
I start again the setup with repair and reboot the system - no effect

IMatch 5.5 runs very well.

my configuration:
I installed IMatch 2017 in a seperate folder (but not drive C:)
Windows 10 - Version 1703 - creators update

"[0526/122335.427:ERROR:icu_util.cc(173)] Invalid file descriptor to ICU data received." --> IMATCH6_CEFLOG.TXT (only one line)

as already said it's exactly the same problem for me with the same win 10. Imatch 2017 was installed on disk D:. Reboot did nothing. Bitdefender as antivirus
I reinstalled imatch 1917 on the system disk instead of my disk D: (on which is installed imatch 5). After that Imatch 2017 works well , but new problem, when I open Imatch 2017 with Imatch  5.8 database, Imatch 2017 stops half way. and never go ahead ( i tried for an hour!)....

This looks like Chromium (the embedded browser) does not find some data files it needs. I would need to see your IMatch log in debug mode to see what IMatch is telling Chromium. These files are installed in the IMatch program folder, so it should (!) not matter if you installed IMatch in a folder that is not designed to hold programs. May be a security issue, for example.

Always attach the IMatch log file. It may contain important information about the source of the problem. See log file in the IMatch help for details.

After three reboot Imatch 2017 opens and works fine, but still installed in folder program files x86. Now I can test new features...

Hi.
I installed iMATCH 2017 separate from version 5.8.4 and it does not work.
I have W10 x64 1703 15063.332
I checked and the task manager does not appear anything that indicates that it is working.
IMATCH 5.8.4 works perfect.
I do not know what to do

How long did you wait? On some systems IMatch 2017 may need some time to copy all the cache files.
I have added a dialog box to the next version.
See the corresponding info in the release notes.

Did you install IMatch 2017 in the default folder (c:\program file...)? Else it will not run.

Always include the log files IMatch creates with problem reports (see log file in the IMatch help for details).

I have reinstalled it in the default address and .... OK. it works.

I had the same problem.
I installed IMatch in \Program Files\Graphisme\iMatch6

There is another folder : \Program Files\photools.com\imatch6\

Copying this folder in install one solve the problem
