Hi:
I would like to have a formula that gave me all the files that don't have a keyword and don't belong to other category.
So I have the @Keywords and the Nossas fotos|Nós category.
I would like to know which files are not in both categories.
Thanks in advance.
JRosa.

"@All" NOT "@Keywords"

gives you all files without keywords. Just append whatever category you want to exclude with another AND "category name".

This should read ou want to exclude with another NOT "category name", e.g.

"@All" NOT "@Keywords" NOT "bla"

I am trying to do the same, but it isn't working for me.  I know I have many files with no keywords. In the search, I have selected Keywords and Advanced Search.  Using the string suggested returns no files.  Please tell me what I am not doing right.

Switch to the Category View and open the category IMatch Workflow Categories > No Keywords.
This category contains all files without keywords.

Tip: You can also use it as a filter in other Views via the Category Filter in the Filter Panel.

Another way to see all files without a value for a specific tag would be the Value Filter.
You set it to the tag you are interested in and then enable Files with Value and Invert. You then see all files without data for this tag in the current scope. Or, if you don't invert the filter, all files with data for the selected tag.

There is a dedicated tip in the IMatch 'Did You Know?'' App.
If you are new to IMatch, I can only recommend to browse the tips and tricks and short explanations included in this helpful app. It will save you a lot of time.
Search the DYK app for the word without to find the two tips above.

The "string" Mario suggested is a Category Formula. You tried to use it as a search term in the file window Search Bar. But this is a totally different feature with a different syntax. The help topics I linked to explain these different features.
Of course, the easiest way would be to use the IMatch standard category, as Mario explained.
