Certain apps do not work?

I installed Imatch on a new system (finally!). Copied the directory from ProgramData. All seemed well BUT:
Certain apps don't work: TimeWiz OK,VarToy: No, Metadata Mechanic:OK , FileNotes: No... Also some of my own apps won't.
Click on it and nothing happens!

Now i went back on the old system - the same!!!!??
This makes me think that the most likely reason is some changes to netwoking settings - since I fiddled around a lot to get the network connection between the old and the new system to work. Not yet successfull. 
Any ideas?

You don't need to transfer default apps (in "program data") manually, IMatch automatically installs them when you install it.

Check the log file for warnings. Check the Windows event log.
Reboot once.
Run an app in your normal browser. Open the developer tools with <F12>. Open the "Console". Press <F5> to reload your app. Look at the console for error messages.

Probably you have bent something in the Firewall, preventing IMWS from opening a port of accepting connections from apps.
The log file should contain warnings.
