need more tooltips

I'm getting used to the new UI in imatch. I'm used to using mouseover to show me tooltips for icons. There are some icons without tooltips and I don't know what clicking on these icons will do. I do not wish to spend a lot time in the help trying to figure out what they do. The toolbar in the attachment has no tooltips for any of these icons. Please add them.

As I find other examples, I will attach them here (or write up a new issue if you prefer).

All icons in the File Window ribbon have tooltips. You did not tell us if all or which of the icons you show has no tooltip.

I still see no tooltips on the toolbar icons shown in timoteo's screenshot. Could it be a display/skin issue rather than missing tooltips?

No. Just keep the mouse at rest for a short while over an icon to see the tooltip. Or, move the mouse from one ribbon element to another and back to re-trigger the tooltips.

But I also noticed that sometimes, even after many seconds, the tooltip simply does not appear. Maybe a Windows issue?
Example after leaving the mouse for about 10 sec over the icon:

Sometimes Windows needs you to jiggle the mouse a bit, or move to another button and back. 
Tooltips have an expiration time.
