Using Silver Efex Pro 2, I opened a file from the EXPORT_TO directory, edited it, and saved it with Silver Efex Pro back to this same directory with a new name. I got message from imatch (in blue box at bottom of imatch main window) says, "one or more folders were added to the parent folder D:\EXPORT_TO outside of IMatch (e.g., in Windows Explorer)"...

I frequently open files from one of my folders (not EXPORT_TO), edit them in C1 or PS Elements and save them from the tool to the EXPORT_TO directory but don't get this message.

I opened the folder EXPORT_TO and found no folders; only three jpg images. I've received this message twice this evening while doing this. See attached screen capture and imatch log file.

Using imatch 2025.3.2 (64-bit).

What causes this?

IMatch displays this notification when it detects new child folders in a folder managed by IMatch.
A normal rescan does not add new sub-folders, which is why such folders may not show up in IMatch unless you perform a manual rescan of the parent folder. To remind you of that, IMatch uses this notification.

When you rescan the Export folder, the new folders will show up. Unless your other software creates temporary sub-folders under Export and then removes them again a while later.
