Issue with IMA trial

I'm attempting to setup a VM with iMatch and iMatch Anywhere.

After installing iMatch 2020 I was unable to get it to load with errors 1005 and 1000 in the Windows logs. I realized that this was an AVX error (the server has a pair of x5670s, no AVX) so I downgraded to 2019, which is working fine.

I downloaded the IMA trial, but I am getting the same behaviour after installation, won't load and errors 1005 and 1000 in the Windows logs.

Is this the same problem? If so is there an older version of IMA that I can try?

Show use the IMatch Anywhere log files.
See the Admin section in the documentation for information where to find them.

If you have a database created or updated with IMatch 2020, this database is not compatible with IMA 2019.
The IMA 2020 trial version requires AVX. There is no IMA 2019 trial available for download anymore.
