IMatch Text Renders With Artifacts

Obviously, this is a screenshot of my IMatch workspace in the Categories view.  What I want to know is why the text that represents my categories has color artifacts on certain letters, eg., those that spell "Twilight Zone".  You'll probably ask yourself what am I talking about, which is understandable, as the image capture (as a png file) no longer shows these artifacts!  But, I still want to know why it's happening inside the actual IMatch workspace.

I'm using a 4k display, with Windows rendering everything at 100% and the text size set to 225% (the highest possible value).  IMatch itself is set to "apply Windows text scaling properties."

No idea, but maybe a short video may show what you see.

If it only visible on the monitor but not in a screen shot, the problem is the monitor / graphic driver. The  3rd party XAML render IMatch uses uses Directc2D / DirectX and GIDPlus to render text - all technologies developed by Microsoft and out of our control.
I use 4K monitors myself and I don't see any artifacts.

Try to use a slightly different color for your categories. This kind of color is prone to cause artifacts on some monitors, depending on how the pixels are grouped in the mask. Also make sure your graphic card driver is up-to-date. The one included in Windows is often several months old so you may get a much fresher driver directly from NVIDIA or AMD. If your system use an ob-board Intel card, make sure the firmware and all drivers are up-to-date.
