How to use a global attribute set in D&P

I'm working on a catalogue of products. Every product has one or more pictures. I created a global attribute set that has quite a few lines, each line contains a unique product-ID and of course name, description, price etc.

When I create a file attribute set, I can choose for every simple picture to what product-ID that picture should be linked (by using the unique product-ID as a reference attribute). But how can I get/access all the other information from the global attribute set. I would need that information to be able to make the catalogue in "Design & Print). However: in D&P I can only access the product-ID, but not the other information (inthe global attribute set) like name, description and price.

I'm sure there must a solution to this, but could not find it in the help or on this forum.
