Server melt-down today

If you experienced problems accessing the customerWeb or the community today, this was caused by a rather series problem with the database server. 

I had to actually drop all databases, re-install the database server software and restore all databases from the daily backups to get the system running again. Jeez.
This was a close shave but apparently my backup strategy worked.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together?  Backup / Restore plan, that is.
