"Failed to unregister" during installation 5.1.4 over last Beta

I think, a short thing, only to mention.

I have NOT installed 5.1.2, but now (after some days in Schwarzwald) I installed 5.1.4 over the last Beta (I think .160).
All went smoothly, but before IM5 showed the read me, it displayed the info, what I atteched.

But IM 5 seems to work normally, also after closing and reopening.

So all seems ok ... Do you think, I should do anything, in relation to this message box?

Try some scripts. If they work, forget it.
Some other module may have had locked IMatch or an instance of the Beta was still running  or something.
