error with jpeg-marker/tag

I have this message from time to time, see below.
It comes from Photoshop, means, I cannot open the file in Photoshop.
I edit all photos from raw (nef) to jpg (rarely tif).say out of 500 jpgs this message comes.

Questions:
does anyone know where the error was, I think more likely in Photoshop, eg when saving. Or could it have occurred in IMatch?

Can I find such damaged images within IMatch?

And could I fix them with IMatch or if not, can it be corrected at all?

It's not super important now, but if the rare 'phenomenon' occurs, it can happen that it's just an important image. but of course, I still have the original draw, backups and so on.

Never seen this error message before.

How do you create these JPG files?
Do you modify metadata in these files with IMatch / ExifTool?
