Database tools - What is contained in what tool

I am doing a cleanup on some files an still observing closely the custom AI tags.

We have Database tools inside IMatch and in Pack&Go.

Am I right with following assumption:

IMatch - Database - Database tools - Compact and optimize -> it is the simplest possibility
IMatch - Database - Database tools - Database diagnostics -> this includes also "Compact and optimize" and more
Pack&Go -> this includes everything above

Compact and Optimize is something rarely needed, unless you use spinning rust disks or you have removed thousands of images and you want the database to become as small as possible.
