Preferences: Autotagger Hover "bleeds" onto next dialog

Another minor issue found with the Autotagger preferences... 

1 - open preferences and choose Autotagger Tab
2 - Choose an AI with settings and click the Options button for Description, Keywords or Landmarks

Notice a phantom "Options" button appears then disappears?

Looks like the overlay/hover help for the button is still appearing after you click the button.  You need to be fast so the hover doesn't appear and go away before clicking the button.

Interesting. It's normally Windows' job to hide the tooltip before another dialog opens. Maybe not. Maybe a bug. Who knows.
I have added an explicit "HideThumbnail() call before each button press is handled.
Not a really bad bug, but then, first broken window and all that...
