Edit > Preferences > Cache: store settings per DB AND Computer

I think the settings under "Edit > Preferences > Cache" ("Working Mode" and "Don't Cache JPEG files") are stored per database. I would like to have this changed so that it is stored per database AND per Computer.

Reason: I copy my DB from my Desktop to my Laptop and vice versa and I would like to have different settings on both machines. Currently I always have to remember to change these settings after transfered the DB from one computer to the other.

Would this make sense?
