text file thumbnails

I'm a newbie, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - my search didn't turn up an answer
I've just started to use IMatch 2021

I can see thumbnails of my pdf files in the file window, but I don't see thumbnails of text files or of Word rtf files

I can see the filename and date information of each text file in the file window (and in the quick view window), but no thumbnail of the file is visible in the file window

when I view the same text file in Windows file explorer with the preview window enabled, I can see a preview (of the text) of the file

should I be able to see thumbnails of text files (and Word rtf files)?

IMatch does not do thumbnails for text files (what would that thumbnail show?).
