My Windows is German, but I have set iMatch to American English. I did this so that I can identify the interface names more quickly if I have questions or want to post here.

Most of the interface is in English, but some German elements appear in between. Is there a way to correct this?

Example of mixed elements:

The Categories panel is English except for:
a) Standard Kategorien (and the sub-items)
b) Worklflow Kategorien (and the sub-items)

The filter manager has a German checklist:
a) Abgelehnte
b) Bewertet mit 3 oder besser...
c) ...

The standard set of categories and filters is created at the time when you first create your database.
The resources are loaded in the, at that time, user interface language. And then never changed. This is a "first run" setup exclusively.

Just drop or rename the filters and categories.
You can also delete the categories and then re-import the "-en" variant of the standard categories from the IMatch presets folder at C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\Presets
