Normally when you have a lot of photos and videos in a folder you usually use a layout in the file window with smaller thumbnails to see the whole and then randomly select the ones you want to see bigger using the Quick View.

Since video playback is not possible by licenses, at least it would be nice to be able to see the video thumbnails in the quick view, this way you avoid having to use an external program to get an idea of the video and you avoid having to change the layout of the file window just to watch videos.

Just as it is important to see a photo, a pdf... in large, it is also important to watch a video in large.

IMatch displays a preview of the video when you hover the mouse cursor over the thumbnail in the File Window.
The Quick View panel displays the large generated preview (if any) and with Ctrl+Enter you open the video in your video player application.

Most users use a 300 pixel preview size and so the best IMatch could do in the preview panel is to display a 300px (long edge) video preview with 5 frames (or whatever you have configured).
Not sure if this would be a great enhancement.

Viewing a large image is a great improvement, it is the function of the quick view...

When you view many images the thumbnail is small and when it is a panoramic video the image is cut on both sides.
Compare the attached screenshot I sent you.

It is also possible to make the thumbnail at higher resolution or to scale the image to the window.
