To update your customer data, just log into the photools.com customerWeb with your email address and license code. Then click on Update your Data.

If you have changed your email or lost your license code, please contact us via email.

Include your full name, your personal share-it order number (from the email you have received on behalf of your purchase), the old email address in your email so we can locate and update your customer record.
