Windows 10 - how to change default open program

In Windows 7 I could go into 'Additional Functions' -> 'Open With...' and select what application I wanted to open a NEF or JPG file with a Ctrl-Enter.  Once done, it remembered that for future opens.  Windows 10 doesn't seem to remember and always uses its default program.  I'm sure there must be a way to set this from within IMatch preferences, but I haven't been able to find it.

Any help/suggestions appreciated.

Think I figured it out.  You have to set the default action in Windows Explorer, rather than from IMatch.  This is a slight change in the way IMatch interacts with Windows.  Who knows how it will be in the final edition of Windows.

When you use these commands, IMatch basically tells Windows to open the same context menu you get in Windows Explorer. IMatch is totally out of the loop as soon as the menu shows up. Windows 10 changes many things under the hood and I'm sure users will find many of such intricacies when they do the switch. Windows 10 is a major upgrade even when MS does not make it look like to make as many people to switch to X as possible.

Windows 10 may decide to ignore changes made to default applications when the change is made from a regular app, or whatever. This menu worked great since Windows 2000  ;) and it it no longer works in Windows 10, I know where to point at.
