Hi.. I have the experimental features enabled in my preferences (love the new ribbon bars!) but noticed an issue that perhaps is related to it?

Workflow:
  • Turn on a filter to Hide Rejected Files - rejected files disappear
  • Select a group of 10 images and open them in the viewer
  • Reject 8 of the 10 images and exit the viewer
  • The Rejected Files appear again in the File Viewer

I've confirmed the Pause is not enabled and that the filter is set to "Hide Rejected Files"... any ideas?

I also noticed an issue when I turned off the experimental features just in case it was the new ribbon bar... if the button to Show/Hide the Quick Filter button is on and you turn off the expermental features - the Quick Filter Ribbon with the new icons show after the reboot.

Just an fyi - I haven't been able to reproduce the first issue since a restart but it did happen multiple times during one session...  the 2nd issue is reproducible on my system.

Well.. fresh start of IMatch and issue #1 occurred again.  Steps:

1 - Load Imatch and go to File Manager
2 - Notice that Rejected files appear
3 - Filter Bar appears to show that No items are selected:

4 - click the Apply Filter Preset button and notice the Hide Rejected Files is checked

Cool.. Thx!

So, looks like the fix (#02298) is for issue #2... so, issue #1 is still out there (sorry for adding multiple issues in the same thread - I should know better!)

Yep. It's better to separate different bugs since I may fix them at different times and this keeps the tickets cleaner.

I have fixed the 2. issue reported in this bug report last night. #2299
