Open Quick View from thumbnail

Similar to the Globe icon opening the Map panel when clicking on it, request to open the Quick View when clicking on another part of the thumbnail. I propose the I(nfo) button.
Currently when hovering over it the File Window Tip opens.
Would be great if clicking on it would open the Quick View panel when closed, and closing it when open.
