Hi,

I'm trying IMatch WebViewer at the same time as IMatch and so far I'm very pleased by its features.

The only thing that bothers me is that I can't achieve a trull fullscreen display of my images.

There are always 2 black bars at the top and the bottom of the screen.

I tried to set to blank the setting "footer view" but when I do it, images are not displayed anymore (when I click on them in the file window).

Is there a setting that I've missed ?

If not, would it be possible to add this behaviour ? I want to purchase IMatch WebViewer mainly to display slideshow on my TV and right now display is not optimal.

Thanks !

When you switch the Viewer into full-screen (toolbar top right), it will fill your entire screen.
The size of the image depends on the image size you or your IT people have configured for IMatch Anywhere WebViewer in the Settings.
Depending on the aspect ratio of the image and the aspect ratio of your screen, there will always be some vertical or horizontal space - the Viewer does not crop or stretch images to fill the screen.

For 100 fill rate presentation purposes, you would usually export images in the batch processor to the same size of your screen, using one of the fill modes in the Batch Processor to control how the Batch Processor crops the image in order to fill the requested size.

As always, thanks for the quick answer !

Yes I've switch the viewer to full screen.
I've set the image size in the settings to 2560pixels which is the size of my screen.

As my images have not the same aspect ratio as my screen, I expect to have horizontal or vertical spaces left but not both !

It's as if the viewer keep spaces on top and bottom to display the toolbar or caption.

In the IMatch viewer, images correctly use all vertical space.

As attachments you can see the same file displayed in IMatch (filling all vertical space) and in IMatch web.

This is how this was implemented. The final layout is controlled by the 3rd party lightbox component I used for the WebViewer.

This has been resolved for the next IMatch Anywhere WebViewer release (#1693 in the release notes).
