Event called up via favorite should display even if timeline is maximized

If an event is called up via a favorite or via Right-click->Goto Event it should display
the event even if the event timeline is maximized.

Steps:
Maximize the event timeline.
Go to M&F and a file which is part of an event.
Right-click ->EVENTS->Go to event.
The display changes to the maximized timeline.

I cannot reproduced this.

Even when I artificially create a folder with 20 images, each with its own event and a huge difference in time, I can always jump from each file to the containing event, whether or not the Event View is maximized or not.
I used a database with plenty (300+) events for testing.

Note that when you add the same file to multiple events, the Goto Event will always go to the first event.
