I just got FastPictureViewer Codec Pack. How can I install it in IMatch and Windows 10?

Just run the installer program and then restart your computer. IMatch and other programs (including Windows Explorer) should then recognize the image thumbnails.

If you have installed the FastPictureViewer codec pack after you have indexed your files in IMatch (e.g., to solve the problem that IMatch could not process some of your files because of a missing codec) you need to rescan these files in IMatch manually. IMatch will then re-create the thumbnails and cache images using the now installed WIC codec.

To rescan files and to re-create everything:

1. Select the files in a File Window
2. Press <Shift>+<Ctrl>+<F5>
3. In the dialog box that pops up choose the "Force Update" option.
