Please see the attachment. This message is repeating itself 6 times! What does it mean?

This is from the Administrator panel in IMatch Anywhere I believe?
These are just warnings logged by IMatch when processing images or when loading cache files.
It seems that either the WIC installation on your system is damaged (this is a part of Windows) or that the files in question have been corrupted or are unreadable otherwise.
IMWS uses WIC to read cache images for display purposes. The Windows error messages are somewhat cryptic at times.
