Title: Not able to start Imatch Anywhere

I get a error message when I try to start Imatch Webservice. Take a look at one of the attachments.

I haven`t upgraded to Imatch 2020 yet, so I have an older version of Imatch Anywhere.

Also take a look at the log file attached.

Maybe I will upgrade to the newest version of Imatch Anywhere when I have upgraded to Imatch 2020. But how much will that cost?

The log file reports

Cannot open semaphore file. File is locked or current user has insufficient file system privileges.

This looks as if the database was open in IMatch when you tried start IMatch Anywhere WebServices.
You cannot open the same database in IMatch and IMWS at the same time. Both applications need full control.
