Hello, i have a laptop without numpad.
How to use numpad Keyboard Shortcuts ? For exemple numpad * to Expand the currently selected category, including all child categories, recursively.
Thank you so much.
Julien
Hi,
there are standard Windows tree control shortcuts (not IMatch shortcuts).
Usually your keyboard has some sort of "Fn" or "fnLock" key which, after pressing, allows you to use the normal 1..9 keys and then it simulates the Numpad. See the documentation of your device for more info.
Hello, thank you for your help.
I don't have this 'fonction' with my laptop.
the key * 'standard' and the key * on numpad is not the same key.
I don't understand how to use this shortcuts with my lap top.
I have a Samsung 900 X 3C annd in the manual there is nothing about numpad.
:-\
thank you so much
Julien

The Function key is marked
Fn on your keyboard on the bottom row next to the right of Ctrl key and the to left of the Windows Key...

Finally - there are software options including the on screen keyboard and other software addons that emulate a numeric keypad:
