Title: New Panel Showing Recently Added / Updated Folders

There is a new feature in 2019.2.2 whereby one can see recently updated folders. I have 2019.2.4

I'm in Media & Folders tab, and I have selected folder filter.

However I'm unable to see updated folders. I added a new folder (named temp) and nothing shows up.
Yesterday I worked in a folder named "Hash/2909/pub"

Suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong.

(I've never been able to get this to work, and now have a little time to try to work out why.)

Works here.
When I select a folder and refresh it with Shift+F5, when I add a new folder etc.

Working here now after pressing Shift F5.
I thought I had tried that  :-[

It shows new and updated folders. This has nothing to do with folder filters.
