meine Sicherungspakete sind inzwischen 10,5 GByte groß und eine Sicherung mit IM-Pack & Go dauert 40 Minuten.
Wäre evtl. eine Option den PC nach einem erfolgreichen Backup automatisch herunterzufahren möglich?
Das wäre vorstellbar. Pack & Go müsste dann aber mit Admininistrator-Rechten laufen.
40 Minuten um 10GB zu kopieren scheint mir reichlich langsam. Was dauert denn da so lange? Lässt Du immer eine Diagnose & Optimierung laufen?
Wäre es nicht sinnvoller, statt Pack & Go einfach die Datenbank in Deine täglichen Sicherungen einzubinden? Du solltest alle Dateien täglich sowieso sichern und alle guten Backup-Anwendungen haben Optionen zum Runterfahren des PC nach Abschluss des Backups. Pack & Go ist primär zum einfachen Migrieren von Datenbanken & IMatch-Einstellungen zwischen Computern gedacht, nicht als Ersatz für ein tägliches Systembackup.

shutdown /s /t 1zum Beispiel funktioniert einwandfrei mit normalem User (Windows 10 Pro 1803)
Hm, wieder was gelernt. Ich dachte dass Windows da mindestens eine Rückfrage anzeigen würde.
Das ließe sich natürlich prima mit AutoRun kombinieren, um den Benutzer in den Wahnsinn zu treiben.
I think I've implemented a superior solution for the next Pack & Go release.
You can now run an arbitrary command when the Pack process is complete:

This allows you to run a command to shut down your PC. Or run a batch script, python script or another application. Maybe send yourself an email.
You can use the special token {{result}} in your command. This will be replaced by 1 when the pack operation was successful and 0 otherwise. The {{msg}} is replaced with the last error message encountered by Pack & Go. If you use these you can do different things in your batch script, depending on the outcome.

I'm using iMatch since January 2005 and we had some discussions about orf files in the old forum.
Because of some special VBA scripts i converted late from 3.6 to v.2017 ... without problems :)
