When IMatch detects an update, a popup is shown.
If you decline the update, the lower left of the status bar shows the text: photools.com Software - Update available (white on green).
Clicking on that text brings you to the customer portal; probably a good idea to open the updater app as well?

Another thought/idea... I like the fact that the updater "takes care of business"... downloads the update, shuts down IMatch and installs the update.... but - should it also have an option checked at the end to restart Imatch after install? More than likely - we want to be back in Imatch because we came from there originally. Not sure if your installer software has this option...

The installer toolkit I has 'ways' to do this, but I don't know how, it requires writing a custom DLL etc. I don't want to go there.

No worries.. was just an idea.. not worth the time unless you want to do one of your "distraction coding" things during down time.. 8)
