Title: How to view only selected files on map?
Post by: Aubrey on May 19, 2018, 05:13:21 PM
When I try to view selected files on the map, more than the highlighted files appear - I've not seen this issue before.
I get a message: "186 files of 360 in the current scope have been mapped to the track log."  Yet only  3 files are selected.
(see gpsfiles.jpg) this shows the main and auxiliary screens.

I've attached a debug log.

Aubrey.

As the name implies, the "Preview Files in the current scope" on Track, this command does consider all files in the current scope, not just the files you have selected.

If you for some reason want to selectively apply this command to a subset of your scope, (temporarily) move these files e.g. into a collection or a category and then run the command from that scope.

If you don't use the track log functionalities, the Map Panel shows of course only the selected files.
