Title: IMatch category questions
Post by: helen on March 01, 2018, 07:03:01 AM
Hi Mario,

Currently, I noticed an issue about the categoies in IMatch...Basically, the images in child category should be able to be displayed in the parent category folder, right? but my problem is the images only can be displayed in the child folder...I attached the screenshot...there are 8 images in child folder `pamelae`, but the parent folder `Sporobolus` shows there are 0/0 images...do you have any ideas about that? It does not happen to all parent folders..some parent folders and child folder look normal...

Thanks for your help in advance

Kind Regards,
Helen

Weird. It should show of course a non-zero count for the children.

Press <F5> after clicking into the tree. Does this change anything?

Please run a database diagnosis to ensure your database is OK.
Anything special about the parent category? Unusual options enabled perhaps (check in the properties of the parent category).

Tip: In Windows 10 you can easily make screen shots of any part of your desktop with the built-in snipping tool (search for snipping in START).

Hi Mario..

I tried to do the database diagnosis or refresh the view...neither of them can solve my problem..I delete that parent and re-create a new one and problem solved....lol

Thank you and your tip... ;D

Kind Regards,
Helen

Hm, strange...

Let us know when it happens again. Maybe this time we can figure out how this happens.
