I am running 5.8.4 and it says at the bottom of the app a newer version is available. When I click on the "Update Available" in the lower bottom left it opens up "My Downloads" and says that 5.8.4 is outdated. Where do I go to upgrade to 2017 and where do I get the 40% coupon for the upgrade?

Did you download and install IMatch 2017 on your PC already?
Note that IMatch 2017 and IMatch 5 will be installed side-by-side.
Make sure you start IMatch 2017 and not IMatch 5 (you should have two icons with different names on your desktop).

I give up. I purchased IM 2017, received a license key, and installed it on my PC (several times). After doing this, there is no sign of a second icon nor any other sign of 2017 other than the download .exe - even though the wizard indicates that it was successful.
Where have I gone wrong?
