Title: Pictures comparing in the Viewer
Post by: Gerd on August 13, 2013, 10:33:35 PM
Hi,

if I want to compare pictures in the viewer, layout set to 2 pics, and these pics have different pixels, e.g. EOS 40D 11MB and EOS 7D 18MB, then I need to zoom down the 7D-pic to roundabout 70%.

In most viewers, e.g. Faststone, Lightroom, the two pics can be zoomed and moved independently by keep pressing e.g. the CTRL-key. Here in the viewer both pics are changed together.
Is that a function that may be possible in future or is it still available and I only do not know how?

Regards
Gerd

P.S. independent move I found, it's together with pressed Alt-key ...

Independent zoom...interesting.
I don't see that this will be useful for many purposes. But you can add a feature request and I will look into it when it gets support by other users.
