Hi,
Have done a clean installation of windows 10 and starting all over again. Reinstalled iMatch and restored the backup, but the drive letter has changed. I have had this before in iMatch3 and fixed it, but I can't find it now. Just overlooking I suppose.
Maybe someone can help.

Welcome to the IMatch community.
What you want to do is to relocate the contents of the database.
I am not at my IMatch machine right now, but if you look up relocate in the help you will find all the details there.
Just use the Relocate command on the drive letter to tell IMatch that your files are on another disk.
