Due to some current issues with the Viewer in V 5.6.12 I want to go back for the time beeing to "my" last version 5.6.6, where I think I did not encounter these issues. Can I just install 5.6.6 over 5.6.12? Any preps nescessary? I have backuped my database under 5.6.12.

I am not sure but I think that the database from 5.6.12 will not work in 5.6.6. You would need the database from the same (or lower) IMatch version. But I may be wrong...
