Title: Pack and go - user defined batch presets missing
Post by: Aubrey on May 13, 2014, 07:49:44 AM
I have performed a pack and go from my desktop to laptop.
My user defined Image batch processor presets are missing.

I have different user names on desktop and laptop.
I therefore performed a "restore to a different folder". The ProgramData folder contents was then moved to the correct place as was the Users.... Roaming.

Where are the user defined batch presets stored?

Thanks,
Aubrey.

Batch Processor presets are not stored as separate disk files but in the per-user settings in the settings database.
If you work with different user accounts on the two computes this explains why you don't see the settings from the other user.

So the only way for another user account to access the user defined batch is for the first user to export the preset and the second user to import?

If this is the case it would be useful to be able to export all Batch Presets together. When using the Layout Editor one can export all available layouts.

You can add a feature request so I can consider this or a later version.
