Title: Command to find images with no category assigned
Post by: kiwilink on January 04, 2024, 02:33:10 PM
I created categories years ago and I assigned my images to these categories (by name) such as Bill, Frank, John, Steve, Pets (by name), travel location by city, etc.).  With 103,000 images in my database I'm trying to find out which images I missed (I failed to assign to a category I created).  Is there a way to do this? I have created 80 or more categories.

Thanks!

Just click on the category with the name Unassigned Files:

Image3.jpg

If you don't have this category anymore, you can recreate it using this formula:

"@Unassigned"

Create a category on the top-level and name it as you like.
Then enter the above formula into the Formula property of the new category.
Seal the category to prevent accidental assignments.
