Title: File.Stack.IsTop and File.Stack.IsElement is returning 0/1 instead of true/false

The title/subject of this post should tell everything.

Help page (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/var_basics.htm?dl=h-103) is saying "true if...".

Actually, both the documentation is wrong.
For consistency reasons, this should return Yes/No, similar to File.Bookmark.
I'll change that for the next release.
